Our club cheddar is made with selected vintage cheddars that have been aged for a minimum of 18 months with the addition of the rich and earthy flavours of Tasmanian Black Truffles.
Serving suggestions
Truly unique and complex flavours, great crumbled and warmed through scrambled eggs; use it as a filling in in place of garlic in hot bread. Or just or the platter!
